Ron Artest: Still Crazy

Last night I fell asleep early... probably at the end of the 3rd quarter of the Lakers/Celtics game. I woke up just in time to see that the Lakers won. Then I heard something that I thought I was dreaming.... (watch from :30 to :59).

Yup, I heard right.... Ron Artest really thanked his PSYCHIATRIST.... for 20 seconds! (And his wife for 1/2 a second)

What the heck... just keep watching for a few more seconds..... I looked at Steve and said "...single?" And he replied, "Oh yeah... he's a rapper!"

If you weren't sure before... this confirms it. Ron Artest is crazy.

I was talking to my mom today when all the sudden I heard this:

MOM: I'm getting off of the phone. DON'T tell me to get off of the phone. YOU are 13... I am your mother.

(the very next breath) ....ok, I have to go. Bye.

Hypochondria, Much?

So I may be a bit of a hypochondriac. I'll admit that right away. I blame my mom... she's a nurse and she always answers all of the stupid "I feel like this..... what does this mean?" questions.

So then today I found this.....

Saturday!

Aah.... Saturday. This is the first Saturday in a while where I have nothing to do--at all. I have nowhere I'm required to be and it feels great!

I slept in, caught up on some of my programs.....

And what am I doing now, you might ask?

Watching MTV's marathon of "The Hills" while I tidy up. (Secretly wishing it was a "16 & Pregnant" marathon instead).

Don't judge me. It's Saturday!

I'm usually not the biggest fan of Nicholas Sparks movies.... love his books, but the movies usually aren't great. I wasn't expecting The Last Song to be good, but it was PG and my mother-in-law and I wanted to go see a movie. It started off kinda weak, but got way good, surprisingly.
